should i water with nutrients or reg water

i watered last friday with nutrients then used hydrogen peroxide and water on them on sunday to rid myself of fungus gnat larva. I was wondering todays my day to water should i use regualr water or my nutrient solution?

I'm going to tell you what every experienced grower here is going to tell you, we need more info to be able to advise. What media are your plants in? What stage of growth are they in, do you have pics, when did you last feed, what was the ppm of you last feed? What nutes are you using?

roots organic, 4 weeks veg 5 gallon pots im using the soil the plant was in surrounded by a mix of sand coco coir and perlite. i havent checked my ppm in a minute, because i use a reverse o filter and i use a feeding schedule and ill add pics later
