they're there alright.... So that you know, there is no one in Alaska that tests, you have to physically leave the state with whatever you want to get tested...

They let you get it tested even though you weren't a resident?
Hmm the tests aren't in the system anymore. Not trying to say your lying because I doubt you would go through all that trouble. Anyways nice job :bigjoint:

@Skylor growing and selling are totally different..... @elkamino I know of one person that is in current legal matters involving about a dozen plants.... He was trying to prove a point about numbers limits though (numbers don't matter if you veg right).... The 3 he had in flower were almost 7 feet tall in 55 gallon Brute trash bins with 2 1000 watt'rs per plant (6000 watts) , had things not gone down the way they did (sour partner), he was looking at close to 10-15 pounds from those beauties, and had it churning out roughly 12-13 pounds every 8 weeks.....State Troopers kicked in his door in full riot gear with flash bangs and assault rifles.... Evidently they didn't like what he was doing...

He has yet to make a plea, and will not accept the deals being tossed his way. I was told he was waiting on BM2 to decide what to do. They have no evidence of distribution, or trafficking, only growing a VERY SMALL number of plants in a house he owned... The only thing working against him is his lack of a tax paying job, and the 10 pounds in his UNLOCKED safe... . It'll be interesting to find out how its handled
VERY sorry to hear about your aquaintance. Dunno if there's any correlation here as its a very different case but at least 1 Fed judge in Oregon is waiting to prosecute til thier law is better sorted out:

SNIP:
"Historic marijuana laws approved this week in Oregon gave a federal judge pause in the sentencing of a prolific marijuana runner, with the judge saying he wants to wait and see if the US government alters its long-held opposition to marijuana legalization before bringing down the gavel.

Bounlith Bouasykeo, also known by the nickname "Bong," was scheduled to be sentenced on Thursday after pleading guilty in July to charges of conspiracy to manufacture, distribute, and possess marijuana with the intent to distribute, the Oregonian reported. Bouasykeo was accused of intending to move as much as 36 pounds of marijuana, which sold for up to $3,500 per pound, according to court documents."

Alaska is a pretty big state, a few thousand seeds is just a drop in the bucket compared to how much vegetation is growing in this state. Most of them probably don't even make it to full maturity because of our extreme weather and amount of wildlife

I believe him, he posted up the test results when we asked for them
He wouldn't be the first guy to spread seeds.
I've lived in this state my whole life, but I've never seen a wild cannabis plant, doesn't mean they aren't there though :bigjoint:

Ive tried many times to get them to take outside, they just wont, either they rot out, or simply die. They need heat.

There could be a strain that could grow outside but I simply quit wasting my time trying.

Sorry but I have had plants grow till frost but I germed them inside and hardend them off

still the main reason why I gave him shit is cause he basically told people if they come here and drive down the highway they might find them

I guess it doesnt matter I just dont like the fibbing

Like I said before, they will go for a bit, but they eventually die. I've put mostly males or extra clones outside just for shits and giggles, but they NEVER matured, the cold just slows the growth and then death, the damp summers we get is certian death too.. I tried with a mom she just molded out..

Its possible you could get them to go in the interior where it gets a bit hotter but I still doubt it.

Its our cool nights that kill em.

I have tried for about six years to toss seeds and have them go... Sadly though:

The biggest problem that happens to most of the seeds is probably the cold and the state DOT workers as well as the adopt a highway crews....those that do make it to full maturity don't ever properly flower, what with the extreme photoperiod in the summer to fall months.

We're talking about SEEDS not hardened off seedlings or clones. I'm not tending them or hiding them either, they're tossed out of a car window at 70 mph on a very busy highway..... There's tons of factors including the SWARMS of thripps that frequently destroy flower gardens from Kenai to Fairbanks, animals, highway pollution, and drought that can all negatively effect "freedom drops".... To flat out say that I'm lying because you don't believe me is quite obtuse, and frankly uncalled for. I understand that I may be overstating the fact of tons of plants along the highway but, I never said that you can stop on the highway and pick buds....
