should my intake/outake fans blow 24hr or not

Hello I have a 5 1/2 wide 9ft deep 8ft tall grow room.I do not have a thermostat yet.I have an extra timer.Should I be turning off fans when light off?

buy a thermometer to c if ur temp is dropping too much with/without fans on. i have my fans set on a timer with them coming on for 15 mins every hour during lights off, this is to reduce the chances of moisture turning to mold and also to blow the smell ( i'm flowering). my friends oscillating fan broke down and he ended up fighting mold probs for around 5 weeks till his grow was complete.

I keep mine on 24 hours to deal with the smell more than anything. If my fan goes off for an hour my house smells like a Grateful Dead concert.
