Should you keep LST plant tied down during flowering?

Lets say you have been vegging a plant using the LST method for 10 weeks. Once you throw it into flower, do you keep the branches tied down? Or do you let them grow without and restraints?

you can keep them tied.. if you can spare the space i would say LET THEM GO.. but if keeping some tied allows better light keep it.. wont hurt.. its like sog some PPL CAGE their plant.. THEY ARE PLANTS ! NOT ANIMALS ! SUCH CRUELTY
