Showing early signs of maturity (changing sex)

Looked at my babies earlier and I noticed they were showing signed of maturity (buds starts to turn brown), Is this normal on week 4 of flowering?

At what weeks does the buds starting to turn brown and mature? I thought this doesn't happen until week 6 or 7?

Please do comment, I'd love to hear another persons opinion

unfortunitally my camera is crap and doesn't have the zoom to see such close ups ... a couple of hairs are starting to go brown which concerns me .. care to comment

pretty sure its fine. the hairs don't mean the bud is done... its the trichs. pretty sure anyway. maybe i'm explaining it wrong.
