I'm growing nine plants under one 600w HPS, two different strains, all from seed. They're in their fourth week of vegetative under 18 hours of light, and they've begun to show signs of sex. Is this possible? I'm sure about at least a few females, but it's the male that I'm not 100% sure about. There are, what look like, sacks forming at two of the nodes, but they've been there for a couple of days with no major change? Any help would be welcome.

in all my grows some plants show sex early it seems and others take weeks of 12/12 mostly depending on strain
Thanks for all the info. I have a lot more i'd like to ask you all, but to be honest, i'm kinda paranoid. Is it really safe to be posting all this stuff? Does it matter what country i live in? I'm kind of a computer idiot, so if anyone can explain to me how to post pics, i'd really appreciate it.

Hey Shim, don't worry about it, people have been posting online for years and I haven't heard one story of someone getting snapped up for an internet post (besides sex offenders, but we are talking cultivation). Could it be used against you if u ever got busted? Yes it could. Will they bust you for posting? Never. If the DEA would waiste my tax dollars on busting everyone who is growing a plant or two I would shit, and so would about 90% of the population. I personally think it is safe, but for every man his own. If u ever make it back here I will show u how to post pics, just shoot me a pm
