shriveling stems

hey i just started growing,and every thing was going fine, then i noticed that one of my sprouts stem started to shrivel. and i don't know what the problem is. any advice?

its to hot, plants are in a very delicate state as newly popped seedlings, try keeping them inside a humidity dome for the first few days its above soil, and try and save the one thats fallen over, get a toothpick or something and tie the seedling to it so it stands up straight, if the stem is already all dryied up ur out of luck
