Umm.. I'd highly recommend just waiting until you can find someone selling them in your area... Unless you can identify them pretty fucking well. Scouting around for cow shit to pick mushrooms is a tad bit sketchy. Break the stems of any mushrooms you pick and see if they turn blueish purple. That's the psil. reacting with the air.
