That's because for most diseases, there isn't a cure. Yeah an antibiotic is a fantastic cure for an infection, but very few diseases (especially chronic diseases) follow this pattern.
You don't cure cancer, you send it into remission. You don't cure bipolar disorder, you manage it. The reason why is because these types of diseases are internally forming. You get a cold from a virus. You get cancer from your own cells. You get social anxiety from your own neurons. There's just much less for a pill to be able to do against your own body without physically making you worse.
I just wish more people would stop acting like prescription pills are inherently bad. Yeah, the ads on TV and the relentless pushing on and by doctors for pills in the West is tiresome, but you forget these same companies save literally millions of lives every year in poorer nations, often at little or no profit, often at a negative profit. I love me some LSD, but that won't do fuck all to help you not reject a kidney transplant.
Its all the ying yang. To take the good. You must accept the bad.
What I believe the OP was refering to was the current state of policies.

That's very true not everything can be cured, but in the same hand not everything they have settled to simply treating is without a cure. Somewhere out there there is a cure for a great many things we simply treat, but everything is about profit it is one of the few downsides to a capitalist society (because if we are being realists and not simply activists there really aren't that many downsides) the real problem is that morality has taken a backseat to this profit in far too many situations. Where there really is no cure, it shouldn't put you (and the family you will later leave behind) into an unmanageable debt. That is the true crime of big pharma, not that they want to make a profit. But that making that profit means more to most of them than the lives of their patients.

When i was wasting i used super low doses to beat fatique without getting high. Fixes my a.d.d. bigtime too. lets sya i hear a song and try to play with it. On a.d.d i cnat quit grasp whats going on , but after i take shrooms or lsd i can play both guitar parts intertriwned without even trying. lol. Made me articulate words better too. its hard to get the right words out when your heads super fucked up. When i was low dosing i wanted to show friends what i was talkign about and id give them a stem, thats it. I forgot what kind,you can eat a handfull. lol. afetr a bit thier thinkin about science and stuff like that. lol. Ways to accomplish shit ! They would say , "man i feel good " totally fogetting they took the schrooms. lol. Then id remind them they took them ,lol. actaully , im fixing my a.d.d at 55 y.o. with supplements and spirolina. chelating the shit that caused it out. For the first time in ym life i can read outloud withouts topping and messing up. I used to pass birthday cards around for others to read cause i couldnt get though a paragragh without stalling and fucking up. Now i can read whole paragraphs and not mess up. pretty cool stuff ! I would never ever let a quack dr. help me. fuck that ! fuck big pharma ! I dont need no more cipro damage to fix either. They offer me nothing but pain suffering and head games.I get os fucking tired about hearing about no cure. Hum , thats whyt i dont take diabetis shots , or take levadopa for multipul system atrophy and acute toxic phenol poisening which they say there no cure and tell to mmake will fast before i die. Yet her i sit reversing it all . alive and loving life again. fuck you quacks . Learn how to heal. just because the drs says your dying and no treatment doesnt mean its true. They live in a dream word of propaganda and no matter how smart and arrogant they think they are they are just unfortunate "little men " ! Take a class in healing you pavlovian sheepfuck fuckers !

One of my best friends who is no longer with us was clinically blind. He had 20/2000 vision from a hereditary stigmata thing. Whole family was like that.
One day after a mushroom hunt we each ate a handful of shrooms.
Many ,many times we had tripped together.
But on this day,this trip, his vision was cured. He swore to me that he could see perfectly!
We got in my car and I let him drive. He had never been able to drive because of his eyesight. I made him read me road signs and billboards to test his vision. And we spent the early part of the day driving around town, MEZ at the wheel.
He often said this was best day of his life.
He didn't tell me when the shrooms wore off. And he drove into a fence at the borden milk company.
Hundreds of shroom trips , and one for my friend that was truly magical.

thats interesting. have doctors or anyone told you why you stutter? i have stuttered badly since i was able to speak and psychs tend to give me anxiety and make me stutter more. mine is a chemical imbalance which relates to anxiety and depression so the only thing i have found this with is mdma. i couldnt stutter if i tried when i used to take molly. i have been on some heavy snri's for the past 4 years so its not nearly as bad. caffeine makes it worse. just curious
