anyone see the the story this morning about the guy in florida who was shot dead after witnesses say he took shrooms then began to attack & eat people?

Is this the "zombie" story? The guys was try to eat people's faces off or some crazy shit. Did not know that was shroom related. I can't imagine anyone doing anything violent because of mushrooms.

well ive personally picked trash bags full of shrooms out in florida and tripped nuts but like he said if they are blue but in the pic they look a little darker blackish almost but if they are blue man you should be good ive eatin shrooms that look like that from the cow field and tripped my ass off

There is a forum based out of washington strictly for shrroms.. google search for it and ask people who def know. and are pros.. none here mate.

Wow, a lot of bad advice in this thread. Definitely don't eat them unless you can positively ID them. If you can't do that, at least make sure that the person who picked them knows what they're doing. And, if you trust that person, then dive in. If not...sure, there's a possibility they're legit, but I personally wouldn't take the chance. Fucking around with mushrooms can be dangerous if you don't know what you're doing.

haha yeah shroomery is where it is at. those dont look like the cubes ive grown or seen. they kind of look like pan cyans. if they are i would LOVE a print of those! did you eat them yet?

I can't believe it took 4 pages for someone to mention the shroomery. You can never be to careful, misidentification can cause kidney and liver problems, respiratory failure, make you violently ill ( vomiting and diarrhea) and can cause death among other things depending on species. Some symptoms can take up to a couple of weeks to show.

Now i am not directing that towards anyone, I'm just stating the fact, it's importat! The Shroomery.org has this id forum (linked) where you can post an id thread and get an id relatively quickly, some members also have a trusted identifier status which shows up under their display picture, these guys really know their stuff. You can normally find your answer within the first few posts to a page.
