Sickly plant

Hi there,
Im currently growing Exotic Genetix - Black Mamba. (Searching for a nice mother plant).
Out of 11 seeds (that all germinated) I got 7 females.
Equipment:
* 1.5*0.9*2 m grow room
* 300W DIY Cree CXB3590 Led
* Bionova Soil-Supermix + Bionova PK (+Ill be using Atami Bloombastic)
4th week of flowering.

Most seems wonderful, though I have 1 plant that seem somehow sickly.
Ive asked few agronomists regarding the matter and got various answers:
* Lack of ventilation at lower nodes + humidity on leaves causes rotting of lower growth.
* Micronutrients deficiency (Zinc + others...)
* Root rott
* Fungus (Ive been told to remove all infected branches)

Here are some pics of the sick princess:

Looking for your opinion what could be the problem and what should I do?

And here is my currently winning plant regardless the matter :) :

Thanks!

theres nothing wrong with that plant

cut the lower unhealthy growth off

its not getting any light all the way at the bottom that's why its spindly
cut it off so the plant can focus on the healthy upper growth that's getting light

otherwise she looks great

I see salt stains on the grow bag. Are you watering until good run off to prevent salt build up?

I really don't think the plant looks that bad.

All cannabis plants are different and grow different, there genetics have allot of variables in them god knows how long the strain has been alive like from the origin of it being created in the first place haha looks fine though as long as the leaves are bladed right and not growing in weird should come out fine. :)
