Sideways tower fan

So as usual after medicating my mind starts doing it's thing. As I'm trying to figure out how to add another fan to my room I started thinking about those tower fans. http://www.homedepot.com/p/Honeywell-3-Speed-Comfort-Control-Tower-Fan-HY013/203684150?N=5yc1vZc4ma

8" deep, 32" long.
I'm wondering if you turn it sideways & mount it on the wall horizontally instead of vertical stand. 2 of them would cover a 8ft table nicely & save tons of space. The only thing i'm stuck on is designing a "holder" or "bracket" so that it can still oscillate but instead of side to side it would go up & down..... from the light to the pots.

Anyone ever try this? Or know of someone that has & maybe a link to pictures or something. Thanks

Quick drawing I did.

the oscillating motor wouldnt have the power to move the fan like that i had one of theses from a uk store it was £40 and after a month or so of having being on 18/6 the oscillating died on it it makes a strange clicking sound your best getting wall mountable fans
