Hey,

I have not bought from The Attitude in a while and my package should be coming tomorrow. What I want to know is for anybody who has bought the T-Shirt Stealth packaging, did you ever have to sign for it?

I just got some a couple of weeks ago with the t- shirt and no, I did not have to sign for them.

Just opened my mailbox and there they were :)

Sign a bullshit name (places require signing do not require the name on the package).. if you're sketched out, take a sharpie (soon after it's in your house, don't open the box) and write "Return to Sender" on the box.

Btw, I don't think you'll have to sign, but just in case, follow that ^

It really doesnt matter whether or not you have to sign or pick them up. There aint no popo's at the post office and they surely dont know when your coming.

Do like shepj said if your freaked out a bit.

I am not sure if this applies to marijuana seeds, but for steroids it does.. sometimes more often than I would like. USPS is regulated by the Federal Government, UPS/Fed Ex/etc are not.. therefore, UPS/Fed Ex do not need a search warrant to open your fucking mail, USPS does. If for some reason (like I said, prolly doesn't apply to MJ seeds) they found out you had seeds in your package police CAN get a search warrant and do something called a controlled delivery, which is where you are notified by your local post office that a package is being held for you and that you need to pick it up.. in which case you're arrested on the spot.

Pretty rare incident, and I'm not trying to scare you (like I said, it's probably not ever going to happen).. but it is possible ;-).

I doubt they could get an arrest warrant for receiving a package. I could send anything to anyone and you couldn't prove that the recipient was implicit in the shipment.

They could however and more likely get a warrant to search the package, and after you accept the package they can more easily get a warrant to search your location and possibly make an arrest.

The reason why I ask this is because I am shipping my seeds to a house that nobody lives in and if nobody lives in the house then nobody can sign for it.

Can i ask why? alot of people including me in the US have recieved the package without complications. Like i said 1 person made a thread about having to sign for it . the dude had to pick it up from the parcel. signed for it , and off he was. No problems..:blsmoke:

I just recieved my order from attitude. I live in the UK and didnt bother with any stealth or special packaging. Revievd it at about 8:40 am today via royal mail recirded delivery. I had to sign for it but the guy had no idea what was in the package and didnt even ask, so i dont think you will have anything to worry about mate.
