So this is a totally newb question but after your cure your harvest in mason jars......lol what do you do with it? I'm assuming just leave it in the same jars you used to cure? It seems logical to me at least, but then wouldn't it basically be curing forever making it better and better every time you smoked it?

Exactly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The only difference is once it gets to a point where you are happy with the moisture level you only need to burp the jar here and there.

IF it gets too dry just pop a freshly trimmed leaf into the jar for 24hours and hey presto moist buds again.

Curing redistributes moisture with in the bud to make it more smooth, starches also breakdown improving overall flavor.

After a year and a half, all the thc has broken down into cbn. Thc has very short half life compared to other chemicals.

that does not seem to be true, but i don't have a lab to analyze the bud
i would think a no thc bud would not have a good effect

cbn still gets you high, look at your trichomes, by now they should all be dark red or brown, it's a sign that the thc has broken down.

interesting, this bud was a little different
it's still mostly clear trichomes, it was a very slow ripener, 12 weeks
it had the quirk that some trics turned honey yellow, very few amber trics showing

Just air the jars out once in a while for natural ammonia released by the chlorophyll. But the more it cures the more you will love it
