Also it looks like they did a urkle/white nightmare cross. back when we were testing, the pack i received was GDP/WN and I was very disappointed with it.

it was never released and Im Glad to see the idea was revisited and Urkle was used instead

can anybody edumucate me on the white nightmare f2 regs vs fems? Im looking for killer blue dream hybrid. I know many hate oin blue dream but i smoked on some real deal blue dream like 15 years ago that was straight blueberry haze and it was killer

Agreed, when done right Blue Dream is up there with some classics tbh...good thc levels/test levels...lots of flavor....good high.

My favorite version of it idk what cut it is or what seed company it comes from, but it tastes like haze on the inhale and sweet blueberry on the exhale....truly 1 of my favorite flavors....then the high is mostly super silver haze, with a noticeable body punch from the blueberry....nugs appear light green and Christmas tree shaped

New too the site but been a lurker for nearly 15yrs. Returning to my past job but now as a hobbyist! it's been 5yrs since switching the lights on and over 8yrs since popping beans. Last time out it was my farewell too Albert Walker. (had it for 6yrs, new family arrived) After due diligence and idea of something old with something new I decided on Ice Caps - Blue Power x ICC.
started off outstandingly with all 20 beans showing (had 5 free BP x Oreoz) and 2 old fems for shits and giggles. (DNA - lemon Og, Phantom Og - Barneys)
Transplanted after 2 weeks in 3Gals then had issues with temps. Cold here, lights off 8c, 16c lights on (1 DE MH 315).
little stunted but sorted the issue out as best as I could. they're about 6weeks old now, just showing balls on the obvious 6 males, internode spacing massive and sparce leaf sets. I thought great other 14 must be female?! Hmmm, I'm noticing little lobster claws appearing and the dick on one side of stem. this appears to be on all but 1 othe the others.
After reading this thread I've noticed a common trend with the BP's. ...I'm looking for reassurance and a little ' there, there, it will be all right' off people on the 'know'.

I will document the grow if anyone is interested?

You won't really know if they're females until at least 2 weeks into flower. Males often show early in the first week and actually both can sometimes show small hints at their sex when they've been vegging for a while and are mature.

Its pretty common for blueberry strains to get the claw, the claw usually means that the nutes you are giving them probably have too much nitrogen for that plant. Although this strain is obviously a hybrid of blueberry, blueberry is notoriously finicky to grow so i wouldn't worry too much about the plant looking a little funky, especially the first time you grow it. Often overdoing nitrogen is accompanied by a dark emerald green colouring.

Those low temps likely wont stop you completely but they'll slow the production, mine went almost stagnant for a week in the recent cold spell, i had to get the old hps out, leds plus small heater just weren't cutting it anymore out in my shed.

The 6 male were pretty clear on showing their dicks, I removed them. I've split the others into what I liked growth wise and structure and put them in separate tents.
Some are showing the "lobster claw' that I describe on alternating nodes, some front too back, others different nodes.
I'm calling it a Lobster claw as that is what I find describes it best. It resembles the early male flower, small protruding 'stem' claw like structure, once opened, I'm guessing.
This is what worried me with the Hermie, I've seen an early male flower before but not on alternating nodes? Could be I haven't grown from seed for that long I've forgotten

it's funny you mention the Blueberry traits. I'm assuming one popped up, very sativa like growth, heavy mutation, new growth hairy and deformed. Makes me wonder how often the Blueberry pheno pops up?

I found the same, little stunted but doing OK. haha, I miss the HPS, nothing like a suntan in winter. I popped another 315 and a strip heater, seems to have helped.

il post some pics tomorrow.

little update, looks like 7 female, 8 male out of BPxICC had 5 freebie Oreoz x BP, 1 female, 1 hermie ( split into 3 stems after sprouting 1 stem doesn't have balls the other too do, 2 males. had a beautiful male out of the Oreoz and BPxICC.
could anyone confirm for me my suspicions on the photo please.
much appreciated, il move my post to a grow journal then.
