Yes & no. The plants usually grow bigger on 18/6 & when most plants spend that long in veg, they develop some flowering inhibitors. If your plants get huge, they can take longer to flip.
But if your plants haven't spent months & months in veg, & they are not huge, then yes they flip fast.
