I was reading this article yesterday, very interesting!

Seemed like that to me, the worst varieties always had that acrid sulfuric odor.

Makes sense, we've been adding extra sulfur for its effect on terpenes forever. Epsom salts is one thing that we use that has stood the test of time. Neat article.
