Slinger's Back at it! 600 watt LED autoflowers and such

They put off a bit i guess....yeah it gets warm but nothing your hand cant handle.

As an example i have 4 x 120mm as my only cooling in my 'shitty rig' and 5 x 50 watters powering it (with the 2 x 660nm bars) so it is around 150cm long x 35-40cm deep x 60-70cm high. I have left the drivers in but i know Franjan has taken his out in a remote driver setup. The heat in my enclosure is fine...i dont use thermometers so i dunno the exact temps....i just watch the plants...

So you have got 2 x 150 HPS in there aswell yeah..? Your tent is way bigger so the heat should be all good...

Ok good to know, as long as I am able to touch the backs of the floods then they are not hot. Your pulling off some great grows with that small of a space! I have 2 x 150w hps in the tent but only 1 is on ATM. Able to keep my temps between 82-86 degrees with my 440 CPM fan pulling through my carbon filter at about half speed. I am expecting higher temps outside during my flowering time, July and August are the warm months here in the bay, and with the additions of the flood lights and hps gonna have lights on only at night time here which is going to make watering more difficult but I don't wanna buy an AC unit. Anyways, thanks for your words of advice bro, I appreciate it a lot!

What's a good distance from the canopy for the 50 watt flood lights? Or more specifically what's the best height/coverage ratio?

Those are pretty but kinda pricey! My 50w floods were only like 31.50$ a piece though!

ya i didnt like the price either but if you get them from ali express and order a few of them there a little less then 200 a piece
that site is expensive just the first that popped up when i searched for that light

So these were taken in my veg cabinet...i still have the glass on in there cos sometimes i get lazy....

but you see how spread out the light gets otherwize there would be mass burning...so i guess you can get as close as you want...

As for how far back...i just dont know... sorry

I've skimmed through this thread....and you're doing all the things I wouldn't do.....and you have an amazing grow going on. I will sit and learn.

Yeah I really don't know I guess I'll start out at 12 in away and see how the girls respond. Trial and error style, the story of my life haha.

What exactly would you not do? I'm only as good as the info I have read and what I've learned from previous grows. Any comment appreciated as long as it's helpful

I'm not a fan of LED's (as of yet....I'm waiting for the prices to lower a bunch and the quality of the lights to get better), and I'm becoming not a fan of auto's as mine are doing not-so-good.

But you seem to be making both auto's and LED's work for you, so I'll watch your grow and hopefully you'll change my mind about both.

UPDATE

Flood lights are hooked up and hanging now! Currently they are angled inwards towards the flowering 60 Day Lemon Auto but once its done they will be pointing strait down. Did a little LST on the leggy bitch Fire OG, she is getting huge! 18 Days til we switch over to 12/12! Here are some pics of the room as it is now, can't get picture of all the plants at 1 time anymore due to low hanging lights and big bushes haha.

Nice! That is a lot of lights now haha. Do you have any idea how many watts you're pulling?

At least 500 at the wall, max 700 actual watts. I know I should buy a kilawatt... just dont want to invest another cent into this grow but electricity.

A normal multimeter works too, you just... have to get a little riskier.

Cool light setup...Should do you well...

Flushed down to 300ppm in the Lemon auto for the final few days, gonna let it cannabalize itself a bit before chop, not looking for any nasty nute tasting buds! Watered everything else to it's needs and did some lst on the GSC. Might chop a couple clones off of her before the light switch.

UPDATE!!!

Well guys the 60 Day Lemon is on day 58 and it could be chopped now if I wanted to which is awesomely fast!! Gonna give it another 4 days then chop. Will be switching the lights over to 12/12 1.4 weeks earlier than planned due to time constraints and the fact that this Fire OG most likely will take about 12 weeks to finish. I am extremely disappointed in the 60 Day Wonder as it has the looks of a plant in the 3rd week of flowering though it popped out of the ground at the same time as the 60 Day Lemon, maybe the light schedule change will make it finish off its flowering cycle because it just seems to be growing taller but not forming anything but hairs. Given the fact that this is my first Auto's I have grown, I don't know if this is a common thing or not. Anyways here are some photos of the grow room, I apologize that not all the plants can be in one photo, but the lights hang too low and some plants are taller than others. Enjoy

Just in case no one knows this, my panels only have 1 watt led's, I can only imagine what could happen with 3 or 5 watt bulbs, perhaps my next investment. Been looking at Apollo panels on aliexpress. Anyone know if these are the same panels Cidly stock's or cheap Chinese knockoff's since the 90x3w panels are going for like 250ish. Any info/experiences greatly appreciated.

Seems like they're Cidly. At least in October. At 250/light you'd be better off with a Hans!
