slow bud growth

I know it's not a good pic but these buds have not changed in like 2 weeks . They started out good and grew thicker than the rest on other plants but have shown no change in size in at least 2 weeks . They are 7 weeks into flower all the hairs still white . I put them under a 600w hps about a week ago (they were under a 400 ) . grown in mg soil being fed 1 time a week with technaflora and a dose of cal mag once as needed .

if they look healthy i would just let them keep growing and keep and eye on them if its bagseed it might just take longer to flower fully

here is another crappy picture of some of the other plants in flower right next to that one
some of the others are growing into nice foot long colas all over . I m hoping that first one will do the same as the buds are smaller but really thick .

just keep letting it grow out eventually you will start to see growth again
