Slow Growers?

So iv got these four girls that appear to be growing sooooo slow, they seem healthy but I feel like they should be much bigger by now. They are under a 400mh light aprox. 18in. with a digital ballast I used fox farm ocean forest soil, pH is somewhere between 6/7 (its hard to be specific). Temp ranges from 65 at their off time to 80 on. I do a 18/6 cycle. I water them once a day to keep the soil moist. The pots they're in are small and its very cold this time of year so the surrounding temp in the room may be cooler, could the roots be getting cold? Or maybe too much water? Any insight would be appreciated. Oh these girls are 10 days sprouted and three of the four are autos.:bigjoint:

yep, and yep. too cold, too wet, too anxious. plants dont like muck, they like air. water when the pot is dry.
for better fun transplant on next dry out to a larger pot

Daily watering is bad. Like Chemphlegm said allow the pots to get really light them soak them good and allow to dry again before more water. If they dry out in a day or two it's time to go up a pot size to get them growing faster.

:peace:
