Slow growth and signs of deficiencies most 3 months of veg

Hi everybody.. I am a new member today but i have spent many hours reading and studying through this sites forums (as well as a few others).. i decided to finally sign up to a forum and i chose rollitup as my 1st and only ;) ... with that said, i am on my 4th grow and it was set up and planned to be my best grow yet! by far! My previous 3 grows have all been in a small 2 1/2 by 2 1/2 foot bedroom closet under a 250w hps, soil, growing random "bag seed".. and they have been good for the small space and for my 1st few grows. Since my 1st "real" grow under that 250w hps, i have been 100% addicted to growing! All i do is read and read and study and watch videos etc almost everyday! So i finally got the money to get a tent. I got a 4 x 8 tent, (1) 1000w hps setup with air cooled hood (2nd 1000w to come soon).. and made my first online order of some "real" seeds.. long story short, i have 6 hso humboldt seed organization seeds that i germinated in december. 2 sour blueberry, 2 blue dream, and 2 sapphire og.. all 6 of 6 germinated wonderfully in record time for me and after all 6 seeds sprouted (paper towel method) i planted into happy frog soil in solo cups (holes poked on bottom) as i always had before and put them under a couple daylight "grow" cfls for a couple weeks.. so they all sprouted wonderfully out of the soil and grew great until probly about the 3rd set / node of leaves and then all of a sudden they started slowing down and drooping like crazy.. leaves were starting to twist and droop and do all kinds of things i have never experienced before.. after researching online it seemed as if they either had root problems or were being over watered. And i know they werent being over watered as i performed the same practices as i had succesfully in the past by letting dry out almost completely before watering again. I transplanted into bigger square pots with the same happy frog soil but now mixed about 30% or so added perlite.. and they finally started growing again and perked up within a couple hours of transplant.. a few days later i put them into my closet under my 250w hps and they did really good while being in there for probly about a week or so until they started acting up again.. so i transplanted again into a 3 gallon grow bag.. all this time they have never had added nutrients, but had been growing fine with just the freshly transplanted soil so no need.. after another week in the closet they start to out grow the small space and in the meen time i am able to set up my new 4x8 tent and new 1000w hps light in air cooled hood.. (i plan on 2 1000w lights but for now i got 1 set up over right side 1/2 of tent over plants).. so with the thought that these plants were just out growing there roots / pots like crazy i decided to jump to a final size of 10 gallon smart / fabric pots.. and put them in my new tent under 1000w hps.. around this same time is when i started to feed them nutrients which i had purchased "advanced nutrients" sensi grow a+b... i was nervous and careful to use these nutes as i have only ever used "roots organics" organic nutrients before in my past grows (with success).. i started with only 1/4 strength and worked my way up very slowly at a water feed water feed schedule.. it seems as if since my plants have entered my tent under the 1000w light and advanced nutes everything has come to a very slow crawl... they have been in the tent / 10 gal pots / being fed sensi grow a+b for about 3 - 4 weeks now and were sprouted in december as mentioned above.. they have been showing severe signs of several types of deficiencies which i never had before with my 250w bag seed roots organics grows.. i realized a long time ago that this post was insanely long but i am 3 months in and i am trying to give you guys as much info to work with as possible as i am totally stumped as to what is causing my super slow and unhealthy growth.. i know i still have more info to fill in like temps n humidity etc but this is getting crazy long as it is... i will post some pics through all the stages i mentioned leading up to now.. please let me know what u guys think, as i am stumped between nutrient lockout, off ph (even tho advanced nutes "ph perfect") cold nights temps, low rh.. etc... idk.. any help / comments will be greatly appreciated.. pics will be uploaded soon.. thank you

Your not feeding correctly, probably not adding any microbes, letting the plant dry out to much stressing the plant. over-watering under-watering. to much light, light to close, light to far away, ph is off, to much ppm's /nutes, underfeeding/to little nutes, water temp to cold, water temp to hot, humidity to low ,humidity to high, room to cold ,room to hot, plants using up all the c02/no air exchange, etc etc etc.

so with the thought that these plants were just out growing there roots / pots like crazy
I've never had a plant grow their roots out like crazy where I had to transplant a dozen times. transplant shock.

Seriously---- transplant shock, letting them dry out to much, no microbes and not feeding it anything. Stressing your shit out.
