Yeah I found out the hard way about transplanting auto. I moved from a 1 gallon smartpots. To a 5 gallon smart pot. And it stunted it. It was growing good. Lots of new growth everyday. 3 days ago I transplanted. And hasn't grown since. And being an auto. They only produce to the size of the plant. And losing 3-7 days of vegging before it starts flowering is gonna kill my yield. So I'm probably gonna pull it. I only grew it for some quick smoke while my photos are going, and some side breeding projects. Good luck though
I founds that when I grew in a 16 litre pot I did very well but when I pulled the plant and inspected the root ball there was shitloads of space in the coco for more roots...so I have downsized big time on my pot size..I think it a phallocy that autos only grow to a size relative to the pot...I grew my second biggest auto in a 4 litre pot(for you yanks 1 gallon or about)

I've got a few different pots on the go, 6l air pots, 11l square pots and 8l smart pots. Overall the 11l square pots have the biggest plants in green mass or width but the 6l air pots are getting taller but less green mass. As for the 8l smart pots the plants are young but I planted 1 auto in an 11l square pot at the same time and already you can see the difference, along faster growth in the 11l so far. These are Auto Cheese.

And the transplanted lemon og, they did seem to stop growing for as long as 5 days, they have started growing fast again. Around 1.2" stretch per day though it has slowed now. Here's a pic of one yesterday.

Interesting, as I have planted out 2 in 4 litre containers and 3 in 8.5 litre containers and I am wondering how much of the pot the roots balls will take up. I did one in a 20 litre container and damn that was a waste of space and coco coir..good thing you can use it again! Maybe I might cut the bottoms off the small pots and put the into smart pots? It will be interesting to see how big they get.

My last bro I started in little cups the size of my hand in plant magic soil. With next to no experience I had a lot of problems.
I up potted them into about 3l pots and a couple more weeks later some of the plants got up potted into 6l air pots.
The ones in the 3l pots yielded about 30g each. The 6l air pots yielded 50-60g per plant. The roots filled all the pots especially the 3l, the 6l pots had roots everywhere but not loads I think that was due to the up potting though. I'm excited to see the final results this time around.

Here are a few pics of the last grow. The first 4 are in the 6l pots and the last plant the 3l pot. And the dry bud.

Thanks man
