This is my first grow. Im using some bag seed from some pretty good weed I had a while back.

I germinated on 9/10/09 and had spouts out of the dirt maybe a day or two later.

Im using a T5 flourescent 96w 8000 lumens for veg.

Im bought some pretty good potting mix from a garden supply and planted in large 16 oz strofoam cups.

Im also using GH flora line of nutes.

My problem is that my plants have been growing a month now from germ and are not very big.

Any help would be great thanks.

Im also adding some pics

your problem is you dont have enough light for one. they have been in 16 oz cupz for a month huh? time to transplant. move up container size gradually so the roots can make the best use of space available. i usually veg in 24 oz dixies for like 3 weeks. though i have let them go 31-32 days. mine were bigger then yours by far though at that age, but i had a diffrent strain. i would trans plant to half gallon for a few weeks then to a 3-5 gallon to finish. also get much more light!!!

Looks like you need your lights closer for one thing, they are starting to stretch. What is your temp? Too hot/cold will shut down growth.
Also be aware that one of the most common mistakes is overwatering.

over watered perhaps do they stay wet for a long time in that soil,
how often do you water and you do soak all the soil and let it dry out between waterings

Be very careful with the 400 - start out a couple of feet above them (minimum). Let them get used to it & gradually work it closer all the while watching your leaves for burn.
Good luck.
