Slow growth, possibly root rot due to a dirty container

Hi guys,
I'm having a slow growth with these 2 autos, and I just realized that I, as a total idiot forgot to clean up their pots before re-filling them with soil
I think the way the leaves are curled up looks like root rot .

Do you think using Waters with hydrogen peroxide May help this ?
Or transplanting into clear pots ?

Not root rot.........next grow consider starting in smaller pots.
