slowly dying plant!

Here's my setup-
two 26w cfls on this one plant
miracle gro organic choice soil
currently in a half gallon pot
3 to 3 1/2 weeks old
24 hour light cycle

It's showing yellowing which I thought was nitrogen deff. but turned out to be nutrient burn. It's lost the two round leaves and the first two true leaves since this has started.
I changed the light cycle from 18/6 to 24 hrs because it slowed the yellowing down but definitely has not stopped it. Although the growth has stunted, it has recently started to grow again over the last few days. What I'm getting at is what should I do to get this plant healthier? The stem is strong, leaves are strong, however it's still slowly getting worse. here's some current pics of the plant as well as a close up of some leaves that crapped out-

I'm having the same problem I read that we may need to flush out the soil because of too much fert. I also read that Miracle Gro is almost too acidic for pot plants. Check your PH. hope this helps
