Smoketastic's 2016 outdoor grow

I'm growing a few plants outdoors this year. They're tucked away in the woods, guerrilla style. This is my third summer to grow, although I still consider myself a bit of a newbie because I have a lot to learn. I'll be growing a few autos in containers, and a few photo strains in the ground. This will be my first attempt to grow in the ground.
My soil mixture consists of compost, peat moss, Promix, perlite, Osmocote, bone meal, blood meal, and some water retention crystals.

The following seeds were all popped around 4/7/16. The photoperiod strains were all topped once about a week ago.

Here's an update on my autos. All are looking good. Buds are growing. My MK Ultra is developing some powdery mildew. It's been so very wet here the past month though.... Can I still spray Neem on my autos even though they're in flower?

The Chemdog is going to be a small plant. The MK Ultra impresses me greatly. It's getting very large and bushy.

(My photos are in a different patch, and I haven't checked them this week. We've had over 6 inches of rain since the last time I was out there, so I'm worried. But it's too wet for me to get to them now.

Hopefully your photo plants should be good. We had 3 weeks in May it rained and mine are still thriving(mine are still in pots at the moment). Looking good so far.

I went out and checked on my five photoperiod plants today. We had another heavy rain shower this morning, dumping almost three-quarters of an inch. That makes more than 7 inches over the past 30 days, and over 17 inches for the past 60 days. That's a very unusual amount of rain for us. The wetter, cooler, and cloudier weather has definitely slowed my plants growth down.

It looks like my Purple Afghan Kush plant is dying. The leaves are all wilted. I'm hoping that it might show some improvement when it starts to dry up, but I'm not keeping my fingers crossed.

My Red Purps plant looks healthy, but it's very small. It short and not putting on any vertical growth. I don't know if it's going to be a good performer for me.

My Goldenberry plant is the biggest of my 5. It is very vigorous and growing well. I expect a big harvest from this one. There are a couple yellowing leaves toward the bottom of the plant, but I'm not too worried.

My Mataro Blue and Blue Dream are about the same size and seem to be doing well.

It's the first time I've grown any of these strains so I'm just doing my best. I removed the rabbit wire cages today and took them back home. Other than the soil mix which included some Osmocote, I have not yet used any fertilizers or treated with any pesticides or fungicides yet. Do you guys think I need any of that yet?

All comments and suggestions are always welcome.

My photoperiod plants continued to yellow this week, so I fed them with Dynagro Grow and a dose of CalMag to hopefully treat any nitrogen or other deficiencies. Other than that, they appeared to be healthy. My sad little Purple Afghan Kush even dropped it's lower leaves and started to perk up. Maybe it will survive after all? I topped my 4 bigger photos again for a second time this week. No new pics of my photos at this time.

In my other plot, my autos are coming along. I fed them a drink if Dynagro Bloom this morning, but other than the Osmocote in the soil mix, it's the only feeding they've had. Here are the latest pics.

Please feel free to comment or give advice. And keep growing!

I checked on my photoperiod plants again today. I'm a little worried about them. They're all too yellow still. Even after feeding them with Dynagro Grow last week. We've had several more inches of rain since the last time I was out there. The ground is really wet. I know that can't be helping.
I'm thinking about foliar feeding to get them nutes. Do any of you have experience with that?

My Blue Dream is smaller than I was expecting. From what I've read, I thought it would be a monster. My Goldenberry continues to look impressive. The Red Purps is looking rough with some leaf damage (pic included).

And while I didn't snap a pic of my Purple Afghan Kush, it's still holding on. Barely. Lol. It's really small and fragile. I don't expect it to produce anything.

I checked my photoperiod plants this morning. They're beginning to green back up. I gave them another heavy feeding of CalMag and Dynagro Grow. For the second week in a row I also treated then with a Neem oil and Gardensafe foliar spray. It seems to be helping. Plus, we only got 1/2 inch if rain this week, so they aren't quite so wet around the roots. I am optimistic they'll bounce back.

I popped about seven more auto seeds this week too. When they're a little bigger, updates on those will be in this thread.

I'm also harvesting/trimming two of my autos today. The Chemdog and MK Ultra autos are coming down. 73 days from the seed breaking ground. I may have let them go a few days longer than I should have.

Did you use a bloom fert? Seems the plants should of bushed more and have more compact bud. Should be good smoke

Thanks. I took your advice with the Neem foliar spray. I didn't have any worm castings, but I did top dress with more compost from my compost bin and I gave them more CalMag and fed them some more Dynagro Grow. They are looking much better. At my last watering, I also gave them some root booster. I'm hoping they continue to improve.

Here's my June 30th update. My sick plants are continuing to improve. The heavy rainfall and flooding we experienced during the spring has finally ended. It's now hot and dry, and the plants are responding well to the change in weather. I'm continuing to feed with CalMag and Dynagro Grow during each watering. They are receiving weekly foliar sprays of a mixture of Organic Gardensafe and Neem Oil. I've also mixed in some root conditioners (Superthrive & Dutchmaster Gold Zone) with my last three waterings to hopefully stimulate the roots that were more than likely stunted from the abundance of rain early on. My Red Purps, sadly, experienced too much damage early on to make a complete recovery. It's looking sad, but the Blue Dream, Goldenberry, and Mataro Blue look like they're going to pull through. I've also got a Super Lemon Haze that I started a few weeks ago from seed that's looking healthy, albeit small. Hopefully it'll continue to grow. I've got two more autos going now too. As always, comments, criticisms, and suggestions are welcome. I'm still new at this and learning, so I appreciate all advice. Thanks guys!
**The pics with the date of 6/10 should say 6/30. They were taken this morning and I mistakenly tagged them with the wrong date.

I'm just giving a little photo update on a few of my plants. They're looking good, even though they're still a l yellow down low. They're responding well to a weekly feeding (Cal mag, Dynagro Grow, and Superthrive) and Neem foliar spray. The Red Purps is a lost cause at this point. It went into flower mid June, likely due to stress. I might pull an eighth from it if I'm lucky.
