Sneaky CFL Ponics Grow

they're onto 12/12 now. a little worried because the one on the right is probably double the size of the other one, and taking up the majority of the space inside the case. any suggestions as to what i should do with it? it's been topped once. the res is now on the floor of the case (ie not ontop of anything to increase height) and the plant is about 1" from the bulb. not exactly much space for flowering...

what should i dooooo?

Search lst it may be able to help u out. And roughly how long do u anticipate this is going to take from seed to smoke? Thank for the pics in advance I had 5 beans sprouted so Monday I have to get everything set up. And if I can't get the lil micro hydro deal to work then I'm just go put them in soil.
