i noticed no one complaining of herniating a disc shoveling. fuck the pretty unless someone else is cleaning it up. plus it just gets all dirty and shitty looking in a few days anyway. usually by now my area has had a few feet of snow but so far this season we got jack. fine by me. winter can go fuck itself.
dude who shovels anymore, get a snowblower or plow

lol i have a snow blower but it's the plug in kind and i have to battle the cord. trust me i'd rather shovel. i can't afford the kind of snow blower i would need around here, and i would have no place to store it or the gas. and i live on the side of the street where all the street snow gets plowed (we have a winter parking ban) so in addition to shoveling my way to the street or my car, i then have to shovel through a 3 foot tall 4 foot wide barrier of ice and street debris just to get my car out of the driveway. trust me when i tell you there is no contraption commercial or otherwise that could cut through this stuff. has to be done by hand and the city is real fussy about what we do with the snow after we remove it. between parking issues and snow removal issues the fines really start to add up. i stand by my suggestion for winter to go fuck itself.

Last year the East Coast got pounded w/ a ten year storm. We had near 4 feet in some places. After two days of no-way-in-hell-am-i-getting-out-on-the-roads, this is what was left when it was plowed. For reference, that's a flat field.

bahahaha ya i don't miss not being able to park anywhere, shoveling around a few cars when theres a few feet does suck, and the end of the driveway pile is the worse!! i lived in the last house on a street and the plow pushed it all halfway in front of our driveway, so after fighting with the city for years because the would make 5-6 foot hills and block 2 of 4 cars in we moved, now we have our own plow! i salt but u can't shovel gravel

same storm, a few days later the town was able to start shoveling out. We call this the SNOMG storm of the decade. What to do with all that snow?

Cool. Where you headed to for your trip? Sounds like fun. Whistler, Silver Star, Big White, Powder King....so many killer ski hills in this neck of the woods.

Hope you have a good time. Peace.
