Snow White Getting bigger General Questions

Hey ive been getting some help here so i figured i would show a Lil progress and get some opinions. The soil is FF Happy Frog The strand is Snow White from nirvana. Its about 7 inches and its under a 600 watt MH with a couple Aurua indica seedlings around it in solo cups. I am also intending(bought but afraid to use) the FF nutrient trio, but haven't used any yet. except a teaspoon of the bat guano. The height of the lights is 2feet from top of buckets and im handling the heat at about 80-87 night and day

Questions
#1 I have another 600 watt MH/HPS ballast and light that i haven't turned on yet should I turn it on by now with thoes seedlings in the solo cups under it? Or would this be to much light for the seedlings and the 7 incher?
#2 from the size and growth of the 7 incher how long should I wait to until I switch to 12/12 with HPS and get some flowers!!
#3 This is just over a month with the 7 incher and Im new but is this slow growth???? she did have a rough nute burn start. I also dont water that often would watering more often increase growth speed? What else will?

Thanks for your Help guys

#1 Until you can get your heat down to 70 to 75 i wouldnt even think about putting another light over them. Plus unless your planning on a long veg time you wont need the second light.
#2 That all depends on your space and how long your willing to wait to get better harvest. longer veg= larger yield
#3 You stunted growth from start with burn... The plants are just now starting to enter their veg stage which is when they will start to pack on the size. They go thru 3 stages.. seedling...veg...flower.. Each takes a lil time to get from 1 to the other..
As for water, they'll let you know when theyrw not getting enough by sagging leaves.

Thank you nick your the man. Any suggestions on how to lower heat? im about to just buy a standing ac for the closet but ive already invested so much and only make 10$ hour. I want large yields and a couple clones from 1 of my 5 plants. so im definitely waiting, maybe 2 more month of growth on 18/6 MH and and when i do get ac unit in turn on the second light (im also going to try to scrog grow and extend closet maybe later). Should i start adding FF NUTes to that big one? Actually when do you start adding nutes?

You can veg under the light ya got. Get a good size exhaust fan when you can. I start nutes at 4 weeks on normal developing plants.

How many weeks does my big one look like to you?? Would you add nutes to that? or a lil earlier? Its about 4 weeks is that looking slow to you.
I want two 600 Watters going with like 5 plants and as much as possible and im told the more light = more yield as long as all other conditions are primes humidity/Co2/Nutes/temps. Also I want a scrog eventually.

get you some air-cooled hoods. the ac will help with over all room temp. but to get the most from your lights, you need them as close as possible. lumens disipate rapidly over a very short span.

Nick I went to home depot the other day and got a bunch of ducting and set my AC vents straight into my closets and the highest ive seen get it 81 in past few days but its staying between 73-77 now with fans and all. Now all I need is an exhaust fan and my temps should be pretty stable.
