Snow

Has anybody gotten hit with a lot of snow? We're suppose to get 3-8" tomorrow so I'm just wondering if it's bullshit or if it can happen with this storm.

I like snow but this storm will bring our record up to close 100" I'm sick of it now :'(

Ah, in virginia were getting "Few snow showers" for 5 hours. Thanks for making this thread had no clue we were suppose to get any snow have something to look forward too...love not to have school.

does anyone know if Michigans supposed to get hit at all. id look up the weather report but im to lazy and you guys can prolly give just as good a report as any metiorligist.

A lotta snow sucks. Frankly Im sick of the snow. Its pretty when it happens every once in awhile, but this much is rediculous and a tad depressing.

dude I assume it's just rolling across the upper midwest just like the other 7+ storms we've had. Jamie I totally agree, when I was in class I asked someone when it was going to "warm up" even over 20 is fine with me. I can't wait for summer, it better be a good one with some good thunderstorms

Word?! Ya the last two days have been great... 32 today, 40 yesterday and I was SO happy. Lol. Seriously.
I cant stand the wind chill or anything below 20 myself.

lol you're lucky, I guess only 90 miles south makes a difference. Do you have mountains of snow on the corners of your streets? It sucks up here cause you can't see around them :'(

Why yes I do infact. Snow everywhere. So much snow and cold that my windows are frozen shut .

Lmao I know! I tried to open mine and they just make that crystal cracking noise and no movement

my city was shut down by ice this winter

one day it was 75 out, and the next it was 20 and ice destroyed every power line and tree in my city. it was the most insane ice storm ive ever seen

Ice storm...Im pretty sure we had one of those about a month ago.
What was worse was the snow storm we had about a week ago. OMG.
I had to go pick up a prescription and my car got stuck in the snow 4 times and I lost control while I was driving numerous times. These are some pics I took while I drove to Walgreens.




SO ya everything was covered in snow basically. The pics are kinda crappy cuz I took them from my car but you get the gist of it.

HAhaha...no thats not when it happened. The first few are from when I was parked in the walgreens parking lot... the rest were just in the entrance of my community and I was stopped. I never actually was moving in any of those pics. LMFAO.

Well that's good I remember that day, pretty much every school got closed because of it. Scaaary driving though

Yes it was! And I only went about a half of a mile! Whats worse, is as I open my garage to pull in, I get stuck. Haha. I have my neighbor out there trying to dig around my tires, push my car back... It was embarrassing and thats when I realized maybe I should go buy a shovel for the snow.
Haha. What can I say Im from California/Hawaii...IM CLUELESS!
The next day, I seen an ad for the Lobster bites at Long John Silvers and I was high of course... so I HAD to go get them. Yeah that was a mistake too. I got stuck in the entrance. LOL. Lets just say I stayed in the house for a few days and didnt go anywhere.
