from what ppl have been telling me is that it will flower when its ready and the light is 12/12. i live in cal too i had mt plant out side but it started getting too cold and wanted it to grow alittle more so i moved it inside with cfls.
how tall is it? any pics?

Interesting, I am in the same situation with my plants. They started budding in early October and now there isn't enough light to keep them going. So what I have done is put them under t-5's from 8 am to 11 am and then outside from 11 - 3 and then inside under the t-5's from 3-8 pm....and its working great for me!
