ok. So I’m a first time grower below are pics of the babies. I’m using 4 t-5s 4ft x 8 bulbs per light. Ran the sub panel wired up about 6 110v outlets throughout the basement. I put up a flower room and a veg room. Running the t-5s with a humidifier and ac. Temp stays between 72-82 degrees. Been feeding them every other day and watering. Also I have 2 19” fans circulating the air. Nutrients are veg bloom RO/soft (have an RO system in place). Also feeding with the +Life nutrients from the same company. Spraying 2 times weekly with the push foliar spray in a compressed garden sprayer. Ro water is coming out 40ppm, .1 ec, ph consistently at 6-6.1. Putting in two 30000 btu mini splits next week. Just got my iponic 624 controller in yesterday going to hook it up today. Let me get some feed back ladies and gents!!!! Half of table is seedlings the other is clones.

Well Jim I want to be honest with you, I'm a little concerned about those brown spots..

Can you talk about humidity, runoff PPM, pH (are you adjusting your pH ?)
humidity is at 50% struggling to get it up. just bought a ideal air last night and installed it. its getting better. I had fans blasting too hard, i think they have wind burn. Another concern of mine is when I brought the clones home from the dispensary I fed them straight RO water for 2 days before putting them on the nutrient schedule and foliar feeding. They have turned around quite a bit since then. im going to feed them here shortly. ill get runoff ppm and ph. I have a BlueLab combo meter. Would you prefer the EC, PPM(500) or PPM(700) these are all options the meter gives me. I have not been adjusting the PH because the RO has been consistently spitting out 5.9-6.0. Should I adjust? Thanks!

What kind of soil are you using & does it have nutrients built in (ocean forest)? What are using for foliar spray (NPK)? You may be burning them with the spray since you are already fertilizing them twice a week. 50% humidity and foliar spraying increases your chances of a PM breakout. Looks like a lot of fun!!! :bigjoint:

First rule: Never spray anything on a healthy plant!

.. before long you will be spraying a lot of things on a lot of sick plants, you don't need to spray anything on healthy plants ever, all your doing is risking molds and fungus, jmo

You sound like a mad scientist, try a side by side ,one plant with just potting soil and pearllight to help with moisture control ,with tap water . And the other smother with your tonics and RO. Any soil naturally is in a state of decomposition supplying nutrients to your plant. RO water is stripped of critical minerals .

50% humidity is fine.

Quit foilar feeding.

i agree with most of the above, water till you get a little run off, then let them dry out pretty good before you water again. don't foliar feed, it clogs stomata and inhibits transpiration.
most of that leaf damage looks like wind burn and maybe ph swing damage. make sure your fans aren't blasting directly at the plants, it's better to have two, one blowing below the foliage, and one blowing above it, ideally in opposite directions to get a cyclonic circulation going. and seems like you're in the right ph range, maybe you just have a couple of fussy eaters, seems like they're over it now, so don't change anything for the moment.

^^^^^yes that

Can't stress enough about good watering habits and letting them dry out good in between waterings. You should be adding nutes to your water every other watering. keeping good airflow is key, especially in a basement. Like mentioned above you need to get your fans set up so there moving air around your plants. No need to hit your plants with strong winds. A light breeze from an oscillating fan is my method. I also have 2 other fans besides that moving air exactly how roger explained above. Even in my green houses I have fans pulling in air and another pushing it out.

Use EC. Much more accurate. Then just check the conversion to PPM for your meter.
