looks like maybe the nutes you used burned your gear. plants are really delicate until they root. i'd say transplant it to either a peat pellet or regular soil without nutes & it should be able to recover. once a plant puts some roots down, it can handle shock better

Did you feed it those Tomoato nutes you were talking about? or was it just the nutes in the soil.... this is also going to be your second transplant in the plants 2nd week of life......
You really should get a good quality soil if your in a big city like chicago i bet there are some hydro shops around with some FF ocean forest or RootsOrganic you can scoop up..... $10bux a bag and transplant into a 3-5 gallon pot so that this would be your LAST transplant... and from now on you would only need plain water cause your soil would have all the nutes you need for awhile.... Its great stuff for noobs....
*ohh yah upgrade that light man.... if your only growin one plant you can get a 150w light/ballast combo hps w/bulb included for $60 bux...

that's another issue... if your plant is too close to the bulb, you'll burn it. you're better off using cooler flourescents to start your plants before moving them to HID lights

just get a clamp light $6bux home depot, and a cfl bulb* from home depot for seedlings... but hes past that stage (its already 15 days old) by the time he gets it hell need it as long as the 150hps is far enough away ittl be fine.. He said this is just his trial grow to see if he wants to do this in the future so i wouldn't suggest he buy alot of equipment or anything expensive... $60 bux isn't really that much more than what the equipment would cost for a cfl grow, all the fixtures and bulbs etc, it might even be cheaper and much more effective and the electricity is minimal..... Plus if he decides to keep growing its enough for a small 2x2 tent or small closet grow.... Im not by any means saying its his only option only that its an economical and efficient one....
*or any hardware store.. if you have the money and wanna spend it get t5 tube florescents....

you got it from high grade and said you got one seed? this leads me to believe it is a female or hermi considering it was made from female flowers(made from original plant) and hermi pollen(also made by original plant). no male genetics involved so u gonna get bud either way

well im footing a 10k bill for school so at this point i rather not spend much more. im leaving dec 4 so i doubt ill have enough time for anything its pretty botched at this point..yeah it was the tomato nutes...and the ash from the charcoal...out of the 4 sets of leaves all are curled up but the top set. i started giving her distilled water and she still under 24/7 light...idk if i should just pull the plug or try and get tht stuff. the distilled water is working, i can tell the nutes are being flushed. Im at a important crossroad

i will continue come march..this time with a light timer, stronger light, and better soil. please understand this was all last minute and not how i would have done things this was put together at no cost to me. based on the next advice given i will go from there..come march i will proof my closet for a full 4-6plant grow done the way i would have in the 1st place with no time restrictions. thanks for all the help rememeber the plant is 20 days old and it has to be cut down by the 4th of dec

FIRST off you did not need to fert it right away...its to delicate right now and prone to burn from over nute additions..plus the ash from a grill is not the best idea..it contains more coal ash then wood ash...plus pertroleum products....lay off the ferts for now....also you first few pictures showed excessive watering..soil looked like mud....you can get some 100watt CFL's that are really 26 watts and 65k at wal mart for like 11.00 a 4 pack..lowes has them also....they say daylight and have the color spectrum on the front also..I use them in my clone box and work well....Good Luck

When you perform the post mortem autopsy..... post some pics of the roots. They should be all white...unless you forgot to pop some holes in the bottom.
