So I re-potted today...

I moved from a 3 quart to a 3 gallon. The girls were in dire need. I'm just wondering if any permanent damage might have been done by waiting too long to transplant. Does this look like root lock? I've heard browning of the roots is a clear indicator.

Thanks. I guess I'm just looking for a vote of confidence. When I was putting them in their new pots and I had to rip open the roots it really felt like I was hurting them as silly as it sounds. But here they are after potting and watering.
The plants will be fine man. The roots are white and look healthy. You could have easily let them run another week or two or three in those pots. This is typically at week 5 in a 2 gal rose pot before I go into a 5 gal fabric pot.
