The problem with recipes from people is they usually work for that person and that person alone. I make my own and I gave my recipe to a friend and it was horrible for him. my advice would be to research your water, get a PPM tester and then go from there. I have high iron in my water so I need to adjust my pH up out of the tap.

My soils are:
Promix mycroactive(pink bag)85L
added mycorrhizae 10 Tbps then water in(important)
Gia Green Dry Amendments 4-4-4 1-Cup
Non-scented Epsom Salts 1-Cup
1 Bag of perlite (cheap miracle gro stuff) 9L

I water with 6.5 pH Declornated
That's it. works great for ME but it might not work for you.

The roots organic soil will work fine. You shouldn't need to feed them after you pot up, at least not for a bit. If you want to build your own supersoil it will take quite a while, but you can find recipes in the organic section, and plenty of experienced people who can recommend additives for specific purposes. But, as others have already implied, that's for your next grow.
Hope that helps.

Sorry been busy with work I do t-shirts coffee mugs and modded video game consoles.

Week 3 starts today

So here are some updates I transplanted the white widow and she is doing good now. I did not fill the bag all the way since I read lots of post saying flowering comes somewhat to a halt on flower mode when non stretching. My plants are done stretching they are budding. I transplanted 1 of the super silver haze from solo to larger pot.

Pots used are 2 gallon air fabric pots
(doing mighty well)

I left the ugly one cause hey may give me some good smoke even if its a eighth.

The rest of the solos I may leave and just wing it. I have no issue attending them daily its quite a relaxing time for me anyways. They keep my stress lvls down.

Here are the pics

This is the pic of the Blue Haze clone, think I should flower it now folks ?

look, all your plants are showing signs of aggravated Mg & N deficiency. See how all the bottom leaves display chlorosis, getting yellow and fall off? some epsom salt would be in order or better transplant to, at least, thrice the volume of the cups.
They also are light starved and rootbound (single-bladed fanleave near the top, long internodial spaces).

Wow thanks I am so glad someone got in depth and told me whats sup. Today when lights on I will start doing all that have been said here. Now think its still safe to transplant them. I am not a noob at transplant I just want o make sure no stress on the flowers.

Picture has no yellow though are you talking mostly about the ugly runt in the red pot that single blade . Thanks for all the help here
