lol, the black man became free in 1862 and then in 1868, all men on low social standing became financial slaves to the likes of JPMorgan, Rockafellow's, Warbird',s ect.

then came the control of the LAWs.

Like i said bob, your a perfect sheeple. Give you an Inch, and you want a mile from everyone else.

they are all criminals, but you, Oh not you bob, your a gem amoung pebbles, your a pot patient with a card, just like the common man.
And about your logic skills...You call me a sheeple, which by your definition is someone that is happy with scraps and wants nothing more, then accuse me of wanting more from everyone else..which makes me the opposite of a sheeple...all in one breath.

Insane.

Then, you said we freed the slaves, so that we could make financial slaves out of all men of low social standing. It's all about oppression for you....everyone, since the beginning of time, has been oppressed by the man....what right did God have to ask Adam and Eve to leave the apple tree alone?...they were ENTITLED TO THAT APPLE. And the oppression began.

Levi Strauss was an oppressed immigrant..he figured out that a rivet in the pocket on jeans, made them much more durable..he plied that into a fortune...God damn him you say..he had no right to become rich..all he did was have a good idea and work hard. He's now the oppressor for he has succeeded.

You really do need psychological help...anti-society disorder, combined with anger and low self esteem(my unprofessional opinion)...obviously cannabis does not help that....guess it isn't a cure all after all.

I am personal friends with many people in the field of Mental Heath. I also know many professionals in counseling and suicide prevention. Actually, most of my friends are well educated, and hold professional degrees. They are the same people that helped me work on getting this med bill through, along with many others..getting signatures and support and stuff. You know, the one's that are now unwilling to sign the legalization bill, due to the appalling behavior of people like you.

When you are ready for help, private message me, I'll be happy to give you a referral. They are professionals, and would be willing to help you. If you can't afford the help (due to the oppression upon you) I could arrange no fee services. I'm here to help....take the first step...please..get past your denial

I think cannabis is good. I think it needs to have regulations though. It's not a god as you hold it up to be, nor does everyone want to use it. Again..you have shown that you can't reason..so please stop mis quoting me..I have necer said cannabis is bad.
I never said it was a god, I said it was a plant. I also said its ridiculous and unconstitutional what that U.S. Gov has done. I make enough insane statements that I don't need to be misquoted. bongsmilie

Your posts have shown you have bought into it being bad and therefore needing to be controlled. Otherwise, why the concern over who has how much of it? You are not alone, the majority of the medical community and even the overall cannabis community have as well.

Once you give up the notion that cannabis is a bad thing needing to be tightly controlled you can see the broader issue. The fractuing into recreational, medical, and blackmarket are all creations of the laws. There is no "natural" difference between a recreational and medicinal user. There are, however, many significant downsides brought to us by the blackmarket, which was brought to us by the laws.

Free the plant, lower the crime, heal the people. However you want to see it.

P.S. The agricultural powers granted the Fed in the Constitution are pretty minimal.

Imagine if all the regulation and labor laws existed today. There would be NO Levy Strauss.

Sure there would. Bright, hard working people, create opportunity and wealth in every era. Those with a lack of drive and no original thought, only feelings of entitlement blame the man, wallow in self pity and make statements like you just did.

Plenty of modern self made men..some are billionaires. This is the country of opportunity. You, Timmahh and your other cronies, wish it to be the land of entitlement.

Bill Gates did ok starting from nothing
The guy from Virgin Airlines..he did alright
Sam Walton is of the modern era...from nothing to billionaire..
Sleep Doctor Mattress, here in Michigan. The owner is a good friend of mine. he started with an idea and no money 10 years ago..he's now dirty rich.
Art Van..guy had nothing...40 years hard work..he has an empire
What about those Amway guys? Got started selling soap out of a garage..amazing
Ray Kronk, Harlan Sanders, Dave Thomas ..three guys that started with nothing, and made a fortune in Fast food.
How many would you like me to list? From what decade..need people that have done it the last 5 years?

Actually, virtually everyone you guys despise..earned everything they have through hard work. Of course you erase that fact..and call them "the man" because they succeeded where you could not.

Hell, you call me "the man". I started washing pots and pans at a cafeteria. Ended up making 6 figures, no college, no connections, just hard work. Lost everything due to my illness...figured out a way to start a business, again, no capital, just hard work..built it up, sold it and added the income to my small disabilty payments..created a 2nd business...sold it..now that I've made a little money for the second time, I'm "the man" again...probably the kind you fear most...twice successful starting with nothing both times. Guys like me really put a hole in your "I'm so oppressed" theory.

Get off your butts and make something of yourselves. Quit blaming your short comings on "the man"...its you...not "the man" that keeps you down.....you just can't accept responsibility for that..your entitled.

Bag everything up in grams & tell them it's how you pre-determine how much you smoke at once. a Gram every 5 hours keeps the doctor away.

Exactly who do you think I "despise" out of curiosity? Outside of tyrannical liberty thieving politicians and a few "bad" people around the world, I can't think of many. Its certainly none of the people, or any others who "make it". I don't believe success is a sin.

Then why the snide comment about how Levi Strauss could not have done it in modern times?

Because Jacob Davis and Levy Strauss' success was based on them not being hindered in any way. Davis had the idea, but not the capital while Strauss had the material and the capital. One of the few legal hurdles they had to deal with was obtaining a patent. This does not take away from is accomplishment, but rather is a statement on the system of business control that has been created since their time.

I guess the other moral of the story is that he with the capital gets the footnote in history. lol

I actually expected the "tyrannical liberty thieving politicians" response from someone. I figured it would be Timmah...

But let me ask you one question...who gets those people elected? Certainly not those hard working successful Americans? You know, the people with money, that you admire as well for their success..Because I'm pretty sure that Timmah at least has said they ARE the problem..they use their wealth to control the government..isn't that how it works?

Ergo..if someone becomes successful, then they use their wealth to further their political beliefs...you now must hate them, for they fuel the tyranny of politicians...

Hence, to come back with "I have no despite for successful people" is merely a poor attempt to back off your logic when caught.

I mean..please explain it to me differently...tell me how the politicians got into power without the money from successful people?

I'm pretty sure what your explanation will be...but here is some more rope...

Of course..you may take the Timmah route and just belittle me and tell me to FO now that you are cornered.

But all the modern examples were hindered.....and I'm sure Strauss felt hindered too...Mining barons, cattle barons..tons of "barons" in those days...all trying to oppress the little guy. Regardless of the labor rules and government at the time...everyone was on an equal playing field then..and today.

The field is as wide open in America today as any time in history. To blame the government is simply a way to avoid personal responsibility. Just another way to say "I'm entitled"

The point was that there was only 1 weed case in the 30 or so.........I was expecting a far greater number of weed charges, given Timmahh and Ozz's testimony about the cops spending all thier time busting innocents.

That's the point I was making....
So this thread you started was just to start shit.

Yes, they export everywhere..and they do have armies..try and break into a grow in cali..you'll get shot. Weed is the #1 cash crop..with no taxes paid. They have a huge problem with illegal grows. Most on State or public lands. Many tended by forced migrant labor, a really great example of how thing should be. We need drones or something in Cali....

Bob you are being obtuse, The mexicans working for the cartels(forced or hired) in the mountains and foothills make up about 1% of the product in the state..the other 99% comes from hard working americans working their land..Armies? hardly, now I know you have never been there, just admit it.The only reason why cartels even are in the business is because of retarded ass laws...legalization would freeze those scumbags out.You said the state would be chaotic and Anarchy would prevail if any jerkoff could grow and sell..wrong! Cali has been doing it for decades. Now of course there is always going to be thieves who get shot for being thieves but that happens in every state and it would not happen if it were legal and those people called the police.

Watched the whole thing. Gives lots of info on both sides of the argument. Basically agrees with all my viewpoints. It praises the idea of legalization, but that's also all you probably got from it..."legalization" It clearly point out that by legalization, they mean heavily regulated. Much like alcahol..available to purchase...but not to grow, sell, or do as you will. It's all about "legal" cannabis Being purchased at licensed outlets..with proper ID...as a matter of fact, it praise the way alcohol is currently handled. So, if you interpret this video as preaching legalization as meaning anyone can grow or sell..you didn't really watch. No..it proposes a very strict distribution system

If the vid really praises the way alcohol is regulated right now then I don't need to see it. it's dumb to think we have a good system with alcohol. huge parking lots at bars......what for, you can't drink and drive??????????????

They should do away with the current system and have old retired republicans become caregivers for the rest of the state. Then nobody will be taken advantage of.

If all you got out of that video.... was this little paragraph. You clearly were watching it with closed eyes. plus the video talks about the Illegal drug word and had nothing at all to say about the "medical side" of things in respects to growing cannabis. I Notice how you could not help but, throw in " Basically agrees with all my viewpoints." &" So, if you interpret this video as preaching legalization as meaning anyone can grow or sell..you didn't really watch. No..it proposes a very strict distribution system"

this shows your only after protecting your own view point. no matter what is shown to you. I on the other hand have a ever evolving prospective. was trying to give you the benefit of the doubt but, time and time again it's all the same. Attack another point of view indirectly by starting a thread with a title that undoubtedly sparks controversy. Your ideas are not new and not alone but, the speaking patterns you express are very narcissistic.
