SO MANY DIFFEReNT WAYS. WHICH ONE?

My plants are about 3 weeks old now. And when i change my res i have add water thats about 8.0 ph then add nutes which drops the ph to about 7.0 THEN i add ph down to get it to about 5.8.

Is this right?

Iv been reading and some people say you have to get the PH right, THEN add nutes. but because my nutes lower my ph if i get it to 5.8 then add nutes itll lower it to 5.0 then id have to ph UP again.

So if anyone can help me out? WHICH first add nutes then ph or ph then nutes.

The way your going is right, if you ph'd water first it would be to low once you add nutes.

Then check nutrients
