What it might be for real is a plant called Salvia divinorum, a psychoactive member of the mint family. Many salvias have a very surficial resemblance to MJ both in leaf and bud. I can easily see how a grower could find one with psychoactive properties, then cultivate the dense stacked bud structure of MJ (I have salvias of several varieties in my garden, including some planted in a strategic place to camoflage the real MJ I am going to plant among it... :lol:)

One thing is for damn certain.... it isn't MJ, no matter how hard they try to imply such... And look at the prices they charge.. .talk about cojones..:cuss:

I smoked some legal weed before called SMOKE. And if thats shit is left legal and MJ illegal there is something wrong.

This is how the smoke feels. Its feels like getting the FLU really bad. Shaking, hot/cold, sweating, headaches. Nothing like a stone, more like an illness.

I had some that was rolled into cigarettes. I think they were called ecstasy and had a butterfly on the box. It reminded me of how a tobacco cig tasted after chainsmoking too many, but without the occasional gag reflex. By itself it wasn't worth the time or money, but after getting high on some chronic, it put me in a nice mood that sorta enhanced my high.

Overall, herbal smokes are useless. But when you are high, their effects are much more noticeable. Still not worth the price.

There's a clue... "smells like tomatoes..". Whatever you had probably came from the plant family Solanaceae, which is commonly referred to as the "potato family" (tomatoes and potatoes are, yes, very closely related).

Solanaceae has a lot of psychoactive plants. Ever hear of Jimson weed?

These things are seriously dangerous.. no one should be ingesting this shit. Like other posters said, these "legal smokes" are more like an illness than a high. And yes, it does show how fucked up our government is that it allows you to grow Jimson weed, which can easily, easily kill you...like in seconds with no hope for redemption. But MJ? No sir....
