Socal transition limbo

anyone experiencing this bull? my cherry pie wwrnt outside flawlessly, this one not ao much. any idea how long i can expect her to be stuck in tha pre flower limbo?

im at 14:15 of light

I keep a few extra plants around to replace flower and reveg plants. They are not as good or as big when this happens.
