So first half ass test attempt lead to a dead plant but strong start, so I decided to do my first real grow. I ordered 2 Northern Lights seeds from NIRVANA, arrived within 3 weeks, germinated them using paper towel method, one over a heating pad, one not,both in dark places --5 days later still nothing!! i get a bag of decent tasting weed w/ seeds in it(sometimes its possible) and started germinatin those..2 days later the tap root is out and as is w/ the NIRVANA seeds-- I plant 2 bag seeds in jiffy7 peat pellets and put under light, 2 nirvana's in a small plastic cup, and 1 more bag seed in a cup as well ((im experimenting, to learn, but ill ask and tell more about that later)) ill be around this site often now----))--1 day later 1 jiffy7 already above ground, two days later both jiffs above ground , 1st one already open, that 1st one grew fast n first set of leaves were wide ---but northern lights and bag seen in cups were dead..looked at one of my cfl' s that were directly above those and it was a cool white! is a cool white bulb a marijuana murderer!(i use all daylight bulbs) anyways i burnt on of the 2 bag seeds that were sprouted, but it was the weak one,,now im down to one, and that guy has taken off its first week,,green,,leaves are pointing straight as arrows -----

NO NUTRIENTS YET AND ONLY WATERED ONCE SINCE PLANTING. Stem is purple, is that ok?? i have 6 23w cfls on the sides of the plant and a 4 foot 2 40watt bulb hanging florescent @ this point--ANY TIPS?? i will be ordering new seeds this week, maybe from a different supplier? cant post pics until I pay phone bill to upload them--i want to go w/ one vegging fertilizer--organic--one that is hard to burn plants with...bat gauno??kelp?? is there one w/ all these things mixed??this is off -topic but i am eager to learn everything and move to cali and become a completely legal grower--even 30 plants can make a good living w/ a part time job..i currently live in nevada but it seems getting a card in California is fairly easy and i can legally sell to medical marijuana card holders?? or i would like to get a college degree that would start me in something related to the medical marijuana idustry (not a doctor)!! a 3 year degree..
