Very nice, Gypsy. What is that grown in and what strain is it? You flower clones at 2"-6" depending on strain?

Hey nice system man ... I am looking to build something similar with a few more plants.. I was just wondering if you ever have any issues with the misters clogging and how big of a pain in the ass they are to change when there are plants growing and roots everywhere? Does doing a a flush with a leach formula help keep the misters from clogging ?

Looks good dude, why do you think its necesary for the double sprayer system? I've grossly over vegged my first unit and I dont have any real problems! I get over engineering like nautical and airplane applications but this just weed man!:bigjoint: Looks good though and excited to see how it works in practice.
completed my design and built for my flower unit
4 3/4" Fence posts
Tough Box 27 Gallon
doubled & lifted spry lines
15" max height off the ground
holds 18 gallons for two weeks cycle

What size pump did you end up with?
ill be testing later today the
396gph = 6.6 gallon per minute
633gph = 10.55 gallon per minute
everything glowed up to where the sprayers line connects
ill adjust the final sprayers angle after the pump testing

FINALLY, a design that seperates the drain from the sprayers with 2 valves. Thanks! I dont know why, but the 'other' design bugged me because this wasnt implemented.

Way to improve upon it dude.:leaf:

Thanks YaK ;)
i found this interesting box today at Lowe's called "Strong Box"
same capacity 27 gallons as the Home depot's "Tough Box"
Lowe's version is has a lower stacking rate 400lbs
almost exact dimension
Lowe's 400lbs 27G "Strong Box" 30.75"L x 20.5"W x 14.5"H
Home depot's 700lbs 27G "Tough Box" 30.8"L x 20.6"W x 14.2"H
it looks like the perfect unit for clone and veg, it stacks very tightly
much tighter then the other box ( the other is loose on top when stacked)
has more logical spaced cubes on top of the lid, ready to go clone and veg lineup
and the most significant difference is, check out the bottom of it
the center of it is perfect for a gravity drain, if this is lifted off the ground
the weight of the water will create a natural slanted center for easy drain :bigjoint:

How leak resistant do you think these "Strong // Tough" boxes will be, for cloning/vegging, compared to the roughneck boxes?

StinkBud has mentioned several times how everything else will leak.

the roughnecks are a nice option for a res, material to soft tough
either Tough Box or Strong Box will be a much better option IMO
the roughneck 18G and the other two coast exactly the same
these boxes are rated @ 400lbs and 700lbs stack ability rate
the material shouldn't even stress before these numbers
try to stand on top of the roughneck

Saw the same box at lowes.

I can't decide which box to go with, the superbox or the Roughneck 31gallon. I'm gonna have 18 plants per res.
not sure about the 31 gallon roughneck holding up
this should help
I would stay away from these 37 gallon storage totes. The weight of the water will bow them out like crazy. They just aren't sturdy enough.

I'm running two of them for pre-mixing nutes and RO water storage and I'm looking for something else now.

Awesome set-up you have going by the way. Love the way you take your time and plan everything out they way it should be.

The res is only about 1/3 full in this photo. Looks like it is about to explode when full.

If I had the space.... i would hope it would be set up like yours.
