Sog question with flower and veg same room temp setup

What's up guys! Got a weird scenario going on right now! My outdoor spot got crashed, so all the seedlings I got I decided to set up a sog cuz I had to many! I got one set of seedlings I had to flip early the other strain isn't ready! I got them separated with towels For now and trying to block any light from The halid! Setup is 4.8 x 8 600 watt hps, 600 watt halid, 6 inch inline and insulted duct! I'm wondering how extremely important the flowering plants getting small traces of halid light are! I must add this cross setup is temporary and when the mothers are ready for cloning also in diff room will be only a flower room! As I said this is my first sog, I've never trimmed them or been thought before! The flowering were snipped of all chutes and a couple lower fan leaves that were either sucking up more then giving out or dying off! The veg is a crap show I want clones off them before I flip them hence the uncut shit show lol! I'll take any advice ya got guys!
