SOG vs SCROG vs Regular grow

Here's my two cents bro:
- Do perpetuals with sog not scrog, because you'll probably need to move them plants around since you're low on lights or something...sorry i didn't really read your setup
- focus on one cola per plant and align them using this rule: 1 per sqft
- build yourself an aeroponic system, it's easy as 1,2,3, there's plenty of diy's, you'll save time and money, but do it right
- cut off the lower branches under the canopy as they come so you optimize your plant's development and production where it is critical
- fan under the canopy and on top, preferable downside up
- stay away from scrog's, lst's, fim's or any other mods cuz they will cost you time which costs money, clone instead
- top off your reservoir with Ph balanced water and change reservoir every 2 weeks
- respect all your basics, no stress to the plants whatsoever

I veg my plants regularly with no net in the veg room for a month or so,then a week before they go into the flowering room I remove all the lower branches that wont receive any light, then when I put them in the flowering room I start weaving them in the net for 2-3 weeks depending on strain. And thats how
I like this i have a plan to veg seperate topping for 4 main colas and top the 4 main colas to get 8 total and then move to flower room scrog them so that all 8 are even with about 12"'s of tops above the screen. 7 plants with 56 colas in a 4x4 space harvest every 9 weeks give or take.

I guess everyone has there own way of dialing in a room. I have done SOG, SCROG, Soil, Soiless, Airpots, DWC, RDWC. All have their perks and downsides. In the end and this just my own opinion. Do what works best for you.

For me SOG is a waste of time and yields are sub par, flood drain ect. Not to mention a whole lot more work involved. For the same amount of time and space, I can yield way more "4x" by doing RDWC. More or less forgiving depending on who you ask. Of course it's a little more challenging in the summer months but worth the effort. If I had to choose a style SOG or SCROG I'd go with SCROG, just for the fact that one massive plant can definitely out do a bunch of tiny SOG nugs. (my experiences).

I have yielded 19-21oz Widow variety plants before. "Soiless & airpots" "3-4 month veg" I mainly grow White only strains, my favorite types. Am on my 6th massive Widow atm, I usually grow one big girl in soiless and the rest RDWC.

Love the Widows!
