SOG watering feeding

hey guys,

I’m in the process of setting up my first proper sog and thinking of ways in which to feed.

I will be using 4 liter poly pots with soil and going straight to flower 12/12 from clone.

My problem is watering the plants while I’m away which will fall exactly come harvest time in 8 weeks, I have someone who could potentiall overlook it but I do not trust them whatsoever to feed.

As that time it will be in the flush stage will it be ok to say drench the plants literally right before I leave aswell as flooding the drip trays and possible have the drip trays only topped up?

I know it kinda defeats the purpose of the flush but it will at least keep plants alive and I can give a good flush when I get back.

Also has anybody ever sog in 4litre pots straight to flower? What’s sort of yield would you anticipate?
I’m hoping for around 1/2 to 1 oz colas am I being realistic. Using 600 watt lights 20 plants per light.

4 litre shld be fine.
8 may be better depending on the strain

I wld veg atleast a week or two for indica and two-three weeks for sativa

From rooted clone will work.
But youll get closer to your yield goal if you veg a bit

Well, i vegged~2 wks then flipped. 1gal pots.
If I get 14g/clone that will put me at ~1g/watt.
~3.5-4lbs
Ones on the right are at day 18 flower. Defoliated last night.
Ones on left are at ay 5 flower.(i might have let these ones get too big before flipping)
And then Im scrogging the orig mothers in the back corner there.
8x4 area, 2x600W hps and 1x 315W cmh.
I might add the 1200w LED once I move the last 32 clones to flower

Thanks for this this is exactly what I’m aiming for, I vegged 10 days and have now flipped day 3 today... just waiting on further clones rooting to add my next run in hopefully I can get my cuts time dialed in a bit more to keep the constant flow.

Set of blumats or auto watering device maybe
