found my local hydro store . looked a bit dogey if you get me , the guy at the store looked pritty stoned ha .. so i picked up some plagron gro-mix soil (from holland) most probably intended for cannabis ?
its propteites are
pH: 5,8 and 6,2.
EC: 1.4 and 1.6.

i think it may be blocking out nitrogen , everynow and then my plants bottom leaves , only ever the bottom leaves turn yellow, with a slight green spiny appareance.
is this nutrient deff ?
i've never used nutes as the soil came pre packed with a few weeks worth. i just started using half strength baby bio. plants over the weekend seemed to like it, and grew noticable.
im happy to answer any questions that will help me solve my problem,

the picture is from a few weeks ago , but the symptoms still continue .. on the bottom leaves once thouse have died and fallen off.
attacking my plant from the bottom up

reckon the soil is too low ... or isit just on border line ?
Im not 100% sure mate tbh, Your better off waiting for a soil grower to confirm, I grow in Hydro and have done from day1, I have a book here tho that i just quickly looked at and it says soil PH is best at 6.5-7.0 mate.
So at a guess i would say its to low. If it is a PH problem tho what happens is some of the trace elements get locked out. Meaning your plant suffers from the lack of the elements needed.

bump..........Yea any1 with any suggestions, I have one that looks similiar too....I doubt it is nirtogen blocked out, bc im looking at nutrient availability according to ph chart, and even at 5.5ph nitrogen is still ok..Im a noob, but could it be nutrient defeciency/overwatering???

Add some powdered dolomite lime.

This will buffer and stabilize the soil pH ~6.8. Also provides cal/mag.

Best if mixed with the soil before use, but it can be watered in.

What "I" use is 2tbl/gallon of mix, or 1cup/cf of mix. This is a high rate, but my mix is mostly peat moss and very acidic.

You can also go 1tbl/gallon or 1/2cup/cf of mix.

Make sure it's powdered. It's just ground up rock, doesn't dissolve and anything coarser than the powder takes too long for mj use. The coarser stuff works great in gardens and lawns but can literally take years to fully break down.

Top dress with it and water in well, or mix with warm water and water in well. Keep it agitated.

Will take at least a week to start to work.

Next time, mix it into your soil before planting.

shot in the dark but Id say its cal/mag - dolomite lime should help with this and also stabilize your ph a little better - also I think crushed oyster shell can have same effect as far as the ph
