So i watered my plants last friday, and due to a fungus gnat problem i waited till this friday to water again i used a light foilar spray two days ago just because the plant looked like she needed it. My soil still feels moist,i am using happyfrog and i added a layer of per lite to the top of the soil.I also didnt flush this week because my normal schedule was friday nutrients monday flush then friday nutrients but i think i was over watering.......... my plants are 4 weeks at the oldest 2 weeks at the youngest i use an led light and i have great circulation in the room so i guess y question is am i doin something wrong? Also do i need to flush everyweek or do i alternate each week water for nutrients? Also should i water today?

What are you calling "flushing"? What type and size of pots are you growing in? What kind of environment do you have (temps, rh).
Be happy to try to help but need more info.

2 gallon pots, just growing in my guest room havent set up a grow room yet my temps are usually 75 to 77 during the day and 67 to 65 a night my humidity is 46% at the lowest and 60% at the highest but itry to keep it in the 49% to 55% range and i guess not flushing but, i heard you were supposed to give nutrients once a week and regualr water once a week as well

With out pics, it's hard to say because plant size has alot to do with water uptake. I'm guessing that a month old plant in a two gallon pot would need to be watered more than once a week but there are many variables.
Mulching the top is a good move. Did you add anything to the soil? Amendments or anything for drainage?
When you say 2 gallon pots, are they plastic or fabric? Do they have drain holes?
You say you have a gnat problem. They can really screw up your roots. What are you doing to address them?
How often you feed them depends on how your plant looks. When I still used bottled nutes, I went with water, feed, water. Increasing slightly as the weeks went by.
Your temps and humidity seem pretty good. How long are you planning on vegging?
Pics would help, without them, we are just kinda shooting in the dark.

nothing added to the soil the problem is not as bad as it was they just keep coming back...... and i used a organic insecticidal soap and neem oil so far im planning on vegging my oldest one more week for a solid month veg, so you would only water once a week or once a week with nuts and once a week with water? and should i switch her to a 5 gallon shes been in the two gallon for a week and a half and i feel like she could use more room she grew so fast......

Okay. Some thoughts.
Guessing your gnat problem cycles every 2-4 weeks or so?
Hopefully the neem has knocked them down? Lots of ways to deal with them if not. Do a search and you'll find lots of methods. "I heard" is a bad reference indeed.

Watering. Looks as if you have cloth pots? The pic looks as if that plant is fine in that pot, plenty of room to grow for a bit. TBH I would shoot for more like 6 week veg BUT that is your decision to make based on your needs and space. Maybe do a pot up shortly before flower IF necessary.
Plants don't follow a regular schedule in my experience. But they are more than happy to show you their displeasure. The only way your going to become good at figuring out soil moisture is by reading the plant.

It may be worth it to let it dry out good, to the point where the plant is stressed. That would give you the experience of seeing the plant needing water. Often over watering and under watering look similar to people. Once you have seen them both, it's much easier to tell the difference.
Without seeing, touching your soil, nobody on the internet is going to be able to tell you if it's too wet. I would guess that plant could go several days without watering in that pot. Could be the gnats are your real problem also.
You will get out of this what you put in. I have no clue if this is your first grow or not.
I've got a few under my belt and I am still learning everyday.
Good Luck!

Great advice on the moisture questions ....letting my plants wilt/stress a bit is how I dial them in on there waterings ,,once there in there final spot/large pot .....while there small I simply lift the small pot to see if it's holding moisture ....smart pots IMO are harder to overwater for obvious reasons ....if your having moisture problems in a smart pot ,,,your over watering or your soil isn't draining properly...a wilted plant needing water will literally perk back up to normal rite before your eyes .........as far as watering schedule you can't just decide 2 times a week will work .....you have to let the plants tell you like wild herb explained above ...

Note: IMO your at the perfect stage with your plants to let them ask you for water so you can get dialed on that ,,,next time you water them just wait until you see stress/wilting then water ...keep track of the days in between and you can figure out a good schedule where your not over watering IMO ....GL

Never go by a set schedule for watering. That's a recipe for disaster, IMO. Let the plant tell you when she wants water.
