SOIL - My PH keeps dropping... Please help..

I grow in soil and use H&G nutes. I add nutes and ph my water to 6.5 and then water my girls. The issue is that I am showing some def's so I tested my run off and it was 5.4!! WTF??? Any ideas on what is causing this??

Sphagnum moss and not enough lime. Salt buildup decreases pH over time as well.

Powdered Dolomite Lime will fix what ails your plants.

Lowes Ground/powdered D.L. ~$5 for a 40# bag.

Ok.. Thanks for the top Wetdog...Can you explain how to use it? Like how much to use... My pots are fairly small...Like about 1 gal... I have some dolomite just need some direction... Thanks!

2tbl/gallon of mix. Top dress and water it in, takes a couple of weeks to work.

Next time, add it to the mix before use. 2tbl/gal or 1cup/CuFt of mix.
