I believe in the kiss method..... 2 bags of Roots organic 707, 2 bags of Royal Gold Tuber mix,1 bag of Red Wriggler Worm Casting... this will give you 65 gallons of just add water and do one tea every week soil.... then you can compost it and reuse it after cooking it with some amendments.. After you harvest of course...

I love worn casting the best thing ever especially if you add some guano bat shit.

Base Mix:
6gal humus-based soil/compost
2gal coco coir
2gal perlite
2gal fresh worm castings

Amendments:
2-1/2 cups dolomite lime
3/4 cup blood meal
1 cup bone meal(regular)
1/2 cup bone meal(steamed)
1-1/2 cups organic dry all-purpose
1 cup crushed eggshells
1 cup greensand
1-1/2 cups alfalfa meal
3/4 cup kelp meal
1/4 cup soft rock phosphate
1/4 cup rock phosphate
3/4 cup feather meal
1/4 cup glacial rock dust
1/4 cup neem meal
1 cup brown rice
5 cups steer manure

This is a nice mix we use. Supplemented with teas throughout veg and halfway into flower. Just multiply everything by ten in your case.

The mix I use you don't need to cook.... only after you recycle your soil after harvest and you add amendments will you need to let it cook.... then I let it cook for 2 months and use again.... also no need for extra perilite either.... the tuper is coco based and is full of awesomness..... been using this combo for a year now...
