Soil sample results…now what?

I have some soil that has four grows in it. 4- 25 gal fabric pots. This run, fifth, isn’t doing so well. Each time I amend with Gaia Green 444 and Craft Blend. After each grow they get 50% of what the product recommends. My thoughts were half each combined would equal full strength and a little more diverse.
Since I am having unhappy plants I sent two separate soil samples off. Both pots came back almost identical. Most values are WAY over the recommended amounts.
What do I do? Add some more peat to cut it some?
Plant heavy cover crop after this run and let the pot sit out a rotation?
Attached are some of the findings.

I noticed you mentioned 5th run. values look to be based on last flowering nutes feeding left overs. what's your h2o ppm. Based on that you can simply flush to prep soil and start from a known base line and ph to proper. I've re-used my soil repeatedly, sometimes I flush for next season. Never had issue.
