I am growing 60 plants indoors using multiple 1000 watt lights. I am doing a SOG method. For the soil my firend says to use Fox Farms soil but first to put Lava Rock at the bottom of the pot. These are 3 gallon pots. What is your guy's opinions. Should I mix lava rock with the soil and if not what is the best soil to use with proper nutrients (NPK)? Is Fox Farms Soil the best? Thanks for all the advice.
